Brother Patrick Toner teaching from Acts 1, where Jesus commanded His apostles not to depart from Jerusalem but wait for the Promise of the Father. This was the promise of a Helper, The Holy Spirit. Jesus promised them they would receive power when the Holy spirit came upon them.

After a few days on the Day of Pentecost, they indeed received the power of the Holy Spirit. The apostles were then able to perform miracles similar to those Jesus Himself had done. They also had remarkable success in the mission field but only because they derived their power from the Holy Spirit.

Patrick reminds us in his message to us all today, that we too must ask for and depend upon the power of the Holy Spirit to be effective in our Christian Walk. Brother Patrick shares a personal account of how the Holy Spirit confirmed for he and his family what they should do regarding some recent important decisions.
